Due to the sensitivity and privacy concerns participated in multiple FBI Background checks and HR vetting. This was a national position spanning multiple FEMA Disasters auditing hundreds of millions of federal dollars.

Worked high-exposure commercial losses for 17 of the top 20 Carriers in the U.S. Past claims included municipalities, high-rise buildings, hotels, apartment complexes, restaurants, strip centers, and major malls. Many claims required managing the activities of building consultants, engineers, water restoration contractors, origin and cause experts, and forensic accounts with many being represented by public adjusters and attorneys.

Completed over 10,000 Residential/Personal Lines Claims spanning the last 30 years. Insurance providers include AIG, CHUBB, Lloyd's of London, State Farm, Farmers, The Hartford, Safeco, Nationwide, USAA, Travelers, AAA, Liberty Mutual, Farm Bureau, Texas Windstorm, Florida Citizens, and many more.
Claims CE Trainer
Developed and taught accredited CE (Continuing Education) Courses in multiple states for over 10 years. Curriculum included classes on Hail Recognition, Roof Diagraming, Scoping, File Documentation, Business Interruption, Additional Living Expense, Xactimate and Ethics.
